Asian bodywork blending Qigong
Anma, Shiatsu, and Thai Massage to relax the body and balance
qi. Techniques include fascial release, acupressure,
trigger point therapy, stretching, compression, percussion, rocking,
and kneading; and ranges from light touch to deep tissue.
Clients remain fully clothed. Loose cotton clothing is
recommended. Pillows, blankets and knee/ankle bolsters are
available for comfort.

Reiki
Reiki’s
origins can be traced back thousands of years to
Tibet.
The term Reiki, pronounced "ray-key", means universal life force
energy. Reiki opens and balances qi, thereby encouraging the
body’s own natural ability to heal. Reiki is applied above the
chakras. Gentle touch may be used. Reiki does not
involve massage. Clients remain fully clothed. Loose
cotton clothing is recommended. In person or distance sessions
offered. Distance Reiki is available for pets, too. A session lasts
approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
